Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
